[PTabbedContent] [PTab=POWER] [attr="class","appcon"]Abilities: Summoning/Portals [attr="class","appcon"]Explanation of Power: Rowan had the ability to summon ubieties from the realms via summoning circles and blood sacrifice. However, with the changing world, her power evolved and changed as well. While she can now call forth beasts, her gift can now work as a more general form of teleportation to different parts of the world. Because she could make portals to the realms, she can now make portals among the earthly plane, since they two have merged too closely. Because of this, she can open a portal to other places in the world, though it still requires her to make a blood sacrifice to open these portals. So while she still has the ability to call beasts forward from other parts of the earth, it requires less effort to open these portals due to the closer proximity. Now, it simply has the added benefit of transportation portals. Sometimes these can get conflicted however, and so she can intend to make a transportation portal, and a beast will end up coming through. Despite this, she has a rosiness to her cheeks, which is often due to the fact she is quick to blush. Her features are fair, with light green eyes, and hair that could rival her skin in its paleness. On her abdomen is an ornate black tattoo that is the summoning circle for the ubiety she calls "Felix"--a large cat like ubiety from the white realm. She has a couple more of these ornate tattoos as well. One on her hip that can summon Acorn, a green realm dragon, another on her arm that can summon Draco, a green realm snake. Her build is relatively slight, thin and waify. She has small curves, which have gotten slightly more prevalent as she matured, but for the most part she remained relatively thin. She is fairly tall for a girl, standing at 5'8", and is a little bit awkward in her lankiness at times, but has grown into it much better. She loves to write, paint, and draw—expressing her innate creativity in a more productive way. While she is often up in the skies with her thoughts, she is quite brilliant. It allows her to see the world differently and thus come up with new and innovative ways to look at things. She values intelligence, and as she matured surrounded herself with likeminded people. While her dreamy nature often had her getting bullied in high school, she grew from the experiences. She is better able to deal with those who would go against her, and to do so in a productive, intelligent manor. She is still however quite able to get lost in her emotions, especially when they’re particularly strong. At times it can lead her to be a little overemotional, and lets her get her feelings hurt a bit more easily than some. She has gotten better with coping however. While she was inwardly brilliant, she never really had the opportunity to do so at the academy. She got in due to her application for research involving plants in the realms. She entered the realms, would take specimen, than breed them with earth plants in order to create hybrids that could survive in earths conditions while maintaining some of the effects of the realm plants, which would die after being out of their realm for too long. This gave her advanced knowledge of the realms, and a better idea of their workings. As well as this, she also began dating Sebastian DaLek officially. The age gap often got condemned, and while her mother was quite used to the idea since she had known of her daughters feelings previously, her father was more skeptical. By skeptical, oblivious really. While he enjoys Sebastian’s company, he is still dating his daughter—which he is not nearly as fond of. The longer the relationship progressed however, the more used to the idea they became. It was clear the two were infatuated with each other, and dated throughout her college career. After college, Rowan opened a flower store, using her knowledge of the realm plants to do things she really enjoyed. On the side she did her hybrid plants for gifted individuals, and lives with her boyfriend full time.[/PTab={min-height:200px;max-height:200px;}] [PTab=ROLEPLAY] Everything had changed. Everything. As the barriers between realm and world were torn down, Rowan was left with not only a changing lifestyle, but her gift was changing as well, evolving. The flower shop she had poured so much love and devotion into seemed like a distant idea now, impossible in a world where plants grew as tall as skyscrapers, and god like creatures roamed its surface. How could it be possible to live a normal life, when everything was falling down around them? It was weeks after the change had taken place, her flower shop destroyed, though thankfully Sebastian and hers flat was intact. She was moving on the way home after getting some supplies, when she tripped, her things skittering against the ground, and her hands scraping against the ground. She winced, blood bubbling to the surface of her skin. She just wanted to get home, back to Sebastian, away from the dangers that lingered outdoors. She gathered her things moving to run a hand through her hair when she felt the familiar tug of her gift. That tension in the air that felt almost thick enough to sink her fingers into. It was something she had been learning with Sebastian, but usually she had to draw a circle, or use a tattoo… The blood bubbling on her palm caught her attention, and with hesitant fingers she gripped the air, ripping her hand downward. The effect was instantaneous, the air rippling before tearing open, shimmering blue outlining the gap in space. A portal. But nothing like she had made before. When she looked in she could see her couch, her flat… She hesitantly grabbed her things, stepping through the shimmering barrier and stepping into her apartment. “W…what…” her voice was hoarse, looking at her hands. With a quick motion she turned, grabbing the air and swiping to the side, the portal trembling before snapping out of existence. It didn’t make sense… but then again, nothing did much these days. The more she thought about it though… it kind of did. Her ability allowed her to open portals to the realms, but they were in the realms now. A part of them. She looked down to her bloodstained palms, turning around quickly, looking towards their bedroom where she assumed Sebastian was still sleeping. “Sebastian!
