Jamie adapts to those around him, especially when he's training. If a person needs someone gentle and kind, that's what he'll be for them. If they end up having a huge ego, he'll give them the kick in the ass they need to realize that everyone has room for improvement.
He's a bit strict on rules, but not so much on other people's rules or time frames, but he's also a pretty forgiving person. And not everything is work for him. Since he's seen people waste their lives being unhappy he's more inclined to help others enjoy the little things. He laughs a lot and despite his age I still acts like he's young.
Jamie has never been keen on relationships simply because eventually they'll grow old and he'll have to watch them go away, but he is a very passionate person. If he falls in love, he falls hard.
No one can imagine how I felt when I went from being so loved and made safe by my parents to suddenly realizing that, not only was the world around me slowly crumbling, so was my facade of a life. They didn't really love me, if I wasn't what I am I'm fairly sure they would've hated me for putting them in the danger that I did by being a Siren. Maybe they would have even killed me. And who knows what will happen to me here?
Everyone may call me withdrawn, snooty, or brooding, but my ignorance of them is for their own good. I can't hurt anyone else, I won't hurt anyone else, I refuse. I tend to gravitate toward the heartless and uncaring because around them I can talk, unfortunately they don't usually care to listen.
There are good parts of me...and bad parts. I really care about people, I’m trustworthy and supportive, and I can be strong for others. I’m also withdrawn, afraid of bonding, fiercely overprotective and I have a terrible ability to hold grudges. I think the bad and the good balance somewhere in there.

If you want to get to know me, you should know one thing first. You don’t want to know me. I have a dislike for all people and their foolish ways. They waste the day away, concerned with petty things like love and friendship. Its sickening to watch. On the other hand, you could also say that I love people. Purely for their use and entertainment though. I find it so interesting how those petty things like love and friendship can make someone stretch themselves past their breaking point. You’ve never seen a person’s full potential until you’ve taken everything from them.
Many would describe me as cold and calculating, and I would agree with them. Even more people would say that I’m a sick individual, that I take already heinous jokes too far, that I’m a sadist. This I would also agree with.There’s nothing I enjoy more than watching others suffer under my power. I love testing how far they can be pushed before they break, and the strong ones are always the best. The harder they try, the better they break.
I have been known to put up a front that reads as kind and caring, but that’s only when I need something from you or I’m trying to trap you. It would be wise to never trust a word that comes out of my mouth, and to never test my temper. Of course, the human condition is to be unwise. Oh well, more playthings for me.

Briony is a lone wolf by choice. She has a very hard personality to get along with and is extremely stubborn. She doesn't really care about what other people want and believes that her way is the only way. That said, Briony still knows how to turn on the charm to get her way. She doesn't hate people, in fact she finds them quite useful sometimes, but when she doesn't need them she prefers to be left alone.
For this reason people who know her often think of her as a 'fake friend' when she is actually not their friend at all. She doesn't get attached to people at all and especially avoids romance, not because she's afraid that she'll develop feelings but because she's afraid that they will. Literally the last thing she needs is someone trying to tie her down.

Remember those boys in high school or even into college? The ones who could pretend to be a nice guy and then would end up tearing a girl's heart right out of their chest the moment things got too serious. That's what Liam is like, only worse. He doesn't even let them get to the over-committed clingy stage, he dumps them the moment they sleep with him. He wasn't always this way, see on time there was this girl who broke his heart and....yeah, who am I kidding? He's always been this way.
Liam is spoiled rotten, and has been since his mother married his step father when he was six. Maybe it was the fact that his father walked out on them before that, or maybe it was the fact that his step-father tried to send him to boarding school for his entire life, but Liam grew up to be a spiteful and all around annoying kid (at least to his step-father and pretty much anyone else in the rich world he was forced into). He tends to break the hearts of any woman he can get close to, mostly because he gets bored of them.
Even more than that, Liam likes to make people jealous. He doesn't always mean to do it, but when he's with a girl and she sees him looking at someone else, it makes him feel so great to see the jealousy in her eyes as she stared down the other. So yeah, Liam is pretty much a dick, even when he doesn't mean to be, which he usually is.
He's a bit of a wild child as well, having decided early on to try to blow every last penny of his step-father's undeserved fortune partying and doing all kinds of illegal shit. While he know this worries his mother (and he actually does love her) his hatred for his step-father makes him do some crazy things.

I have been referred to by many different titles; a bitch, a tease, a snob, a brat, the list goes on and on. I take all those titles and own them, flaunting them like the trophies they are. I will not take crap from anyone and I absolutely detest being involved in dumb girl drama. On a given day I would much rather hang out with a guy than a girl, that is if I hang out with anyone at all. There’s a huge laundry list of things I hate about people and I seldom associate myself with anyone that has even one of those undesirable traits.
I’ve got a fiery personality to match my crazy power. I’m short tempered, almost always angry about something and I would rather fight about something than let it go. And if there’s anything my childhood taught me, it’s how to fight. I’m extremely outgoing and I always say whatever is on my mind, whether it is pleasant or not. However, if by some small chance someone actually survives all my sarcasm and angry remarks, they might just find a fun, happy girl under my rough exterior. Mind you that’s a very big might.
I used to hate relationships and everything they stood for, but a few years ago someone came into my life who changed all of that.
