Atticus Jude: He and I have been together for a long time. Atticus is my best friend and more. I'm not sure what I'd do without him.

Maria Perez & Viktor Ivanov: My parents. They were killed when the school fell. My father was abusive as I was growing up, and I took the brunt of it to protect my siblings. My mother lacked the courage to stop it until the damage had already been done, but I still love her just the same, because she is my family.
Anastasia, Violet, Valentin, Julietta, and Alejo: My younger siblings. They were also killed when the school fell. I took care of them more than my parents did. I miss them all terribly.
